Sometimes an accident or an intrusion on your computer results in the total or partial loss of the MBStudio folder. Since all the essential data of MB STUDIO are in that folder, the loss of data results in a very serious damage to your radio station. It is essential to organize a periodic copy of the MBStudio folder to another disk or another computer; at least once a month please copy the entire MBStudio folder elsewhere. You can do it manually (copy / paste) or use an automatic backup software. Another good idea is to copy the MBStudio folder into DropBox or Google Drive so it will also be available on the network and in other computers.
If you don't have a spare copy of MBStudio make a copy now!
To recover data from the backup folder see BACKUP: THE DATA OF MB STUDIO SAFE
All versions of MB STUDIO and MB RECASTER have an internal server that allows you to stream audio over the internet or local network without using an external server. Since external streaming servers are usually paid, this allows for economic savings, however, to ensure trouble-free listening there are minimum requirements and limitations to consider:
It is necessary to have an internet connection with STATIC IP. If you do not have a STATIC IP, you can also use a DYNAMIC IP as long as it is PUBLIC. In this case, a virtual domain must be used (for example no-ip.com).
