Scusate. Ho trovato questa cosa: Le funzioni istituzionali della SIAE attengono sia alla tutela del diritto d’autore che a quella del diritto connesso. La SIAE è tenuta a gestire unitariamente la tutela dei diritti spettanti ai loro titolari.
La massima di cui sopra deriva da una sentenza del Tar Lazio che ha visto soccombente la Siae (hanno cioè pagato). La sentenza -se vi serve- è la n. 1037/05 R.G. 7308/00.

Grazie...una bella fotocopia e pronta x un quadretto da appenderecome altre...consiglio tutti fare la stessa cosa....io consiglio...pagate la siae e lasciate perdere la SCF...ch'è una SRL.....fatevi accompagnare da loro dai clienti morosi.....
