Buonasera Maurizio,
avremmo bisogno di gestire i video sostitutivi anche in MBStudio, servirebbe questa modalità:
Cliente da programmare: Es. AMAZON, di questo con programmazione file casuale inseriamo 1° file (Amazon prime.mp3), 2 file (Amazon best.mp3), 3 file (Amazon Alexa.mp3), il file video sostitutivo statico è denominato AMAZON.mp4 ed è inserito nella cartella dei video sostitutivi statici.
Ho fatto come sopra ma il file sostitutivo AMAZON.mp4 non lo inserisce a meno che uno dei file in rotazione non venga denominato AMAZON.mp3.
Come posso risolvere il problema?

Nel filtro usa il jolly %customer%

Maurizio, nel preascolto del file audio dello spot non c'è la sezione del %customer%, dove lo trovo?Questa è la ns impostazione dei filtri,
