se si volesse mandare in onda degli spot per i referendum sull' acqua pubblica
tipo gli spot sociali, (gratuitamente) o di sua iniziativa ???

beh... se è uno spot che promuove i referendum, senza indicare come votare non è un problema. Diverso è dire vota x o y!

Uno spot non deve essere necessariamente "di parte" , politico , ossia dire vota si o vota no

Può anche essere di semplice informazione , del tipo "il giorno tot si vota per il referendum tot , per votare serve questo o quel documento ... se votate si significa che ... se votate no significa che .. la par condicio in questo caso c'entra poco . Uno spot sociale , onestamente , non credo debba dire vota si o vota no ....

La Rai manda la scheda sui referendum con la voce di Ughetta Lanari, ma non so se l'abbiano prodotta loro.

non credo che tutte le radio sappiano della parcondicio anche sugli spot rederendari......

non credo che tutte le radio sappiano della parcondicio anche sugli spot rederendari......

si parla di modalità di voto, non di sì o no.

Sul sito della REA c'è, scaricabile, uno spot per i referendum. La par condicio esiste anche per i referendum se si dice: VOTA X. Ma qua si parla di uno spot informativo ed allora la par condicio non è un problema. Mi sembra abbastanza chiaro il fatto...
