Buongiorno Maurizio,
mi sono accorto che MB Recaster (3.9.5) in Shoutcast, a 64k - mp3 esce a 22Khz anziché 44Khz!!
Sto riscontrando molti problemi con dei Player, con un audio inascoltabile!
Mi sono accorto che impostando lo Shoutcast a 64k - Stereo - mp3, non si può configurare la frequenza di campionamento!!
Come posso modificare questo parametro?

Non puoi farlo, è il codec Lame che sceglie la frequenza in base al protocollo standard mp3 e a 64 kbit stereo non va a 44 khz. Se sei costretto ad usare il 64 kbits vai in mono oppure vai in aac+
