Buongiorno, MB Studio Pro video 8.78.3.8, stamattina provando a stampare il report della programmazione relativa al mese di febbraio di uno spot di un cliente non viene più visualizzato il file con il report, ho provato a cercarlo nella varie cartelle di mb studio ma non lo trovo. Stessa storia se anzichè cliccare su "report" si clicca su "stampa". E' cambiato qualcosa?

In MB STUDIO non è cambiato nulla, ma Microsoft ha rimosso il programma WordPad da windows quindi i files .rtf probabilmente non si aprono piu' nel tuo computer.

Devi dunque installare nel tuo computer un software che apra i files .rtf che apriva wordpad.

Quindi Office o similari.

Grazie Maurizio, il file rtf che genera MB Studio, dove lo trovo? In quale cartella?

i modelli di partenza si trovano dentro a MBStudio\Sequences

i modelli generati con date e orari si trovano in MBStudio\Temp

Perfetto, grazie. Faccio però notare che WordPad ce l'ho attivo nel computer dove c'è MB Studio (l'ho riattivato manualmente) e quando cerco gli "rtf" mi esce l'icona del programma, e se faccio doppio click li apre con wordpad. Il problema è che generando il report, non li apre in automatico come faceva prima, probabilmente perchè MB fa riferimento a qualcosa nel sistema che in effetti non trova. Se si può sistemare, bene, sennò ogni volta cerchiamo il file "manualmente".

probabilmente l'estensione .rtf non è associata a wordpad nel tuo pc
