I have not received an SMS when, for example, I am without any audio in the broadcast.
It happened the other day to be without audio and I did not receive SMS.
What is the procedure to activate. I have a modem with a SIM card.

there is a flag in configuration \ webcast \ more ...to be notified about silence. But first check that your modem is working in MB STUDIO and that you can send emssages. If hte modem is working you see the signal here:

yes and your number must be saved in the phonebook with the flag "administrator" enabled
