Latest version issues?

When I updated to the latest version, I ended up off the air because it switched audio cards, which never happened before with an update.
Server is on mountain top with transmitter, so I didn't know until I turned radio on.
Also the instant players previously stored settings all went away and I had all blank players.
Now the on-air sounds wrong. Can't put a finger on it, but it sounds like something changed in the audio out. I checked to be sure AGC and Compression in MB Studio settings audio did not get activated in upgrade and they are off.
Over the air sounds very limited and compressed . Not a clean sound like it was before. listeners have commented "What happened to your sound"? We use Stereo Tool and no change in settings there either.

Also weather low temperature announcement for day is always zero degrees and that changed right after update, so it doesn't read weather correctly now.

Can I go back to old version after update if needed?

OK, I just needed to know nothing has been changed in the new version audio wise before I dig deeper.
The weather low temperature finally started correctly after midnight, so not sure why after midnight.
