Next 10 songs shown on version 8.42 ?
1) For our station it`s very important that the next 10 songs are displayed on our homepage. We are the only radio station in Luxembourg who displays the next songs on air. MB Studio 8.33 displayed those 10 next mp3s in a .txt file which can even automatically been uploaded to an ftp server. We are missing that .txt file in 8.42. That is the reason why we switched from 8.42 to 8.33 again. Is there a technical reason why the next 10 songs are not displayed or has this function simply have been forgotten in 8.42? Is it planified to show the next 10 songs in a .txt-file with automatic update to an ftp server in version 8.43. It`s really very important for our radio!!
You can still display the next songs with MB STUDIO 8.42 and that function is now more powerfull.
For instance, if you want just reenable the display, like in 8.33 version, just download this file: www.mbradio.it/download/Playlist.txt and put it in MBStudio\Configuration\Publishing\Playlist\Template (also enabling the flag on the left)
2) I know where we can fix the maximal numbers of mp3 in the playlist. But it seems that 128.000 mp3s is definitely the limit of numbers of songs. Is there any possibility to increase that number? Your program really works good with 128.000 songs, we are using it with that amount of songs.
Yes, you should change the registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MB SOFT\MBStudio 0 to the number of songs you need
I think you missed this:3) I don`t see an ftp server on your homepage where we can download the updates. Can you give me the exact area for the downloads of the updates.
