Ciao a tutti, mi spiego meglio. Si differenziano le Licenze S.I.A.E. per Radio Amatoriale o Personale e Radio Commerciale in base al fatto di mandare o meno spot radiofonici pubblicitari a pagamento. Ok !! Ma se io faccio senza mandare spot pubblicità nominando nei programmi in diretta oppure da trasmissioni Live in esterna pubblicità a varie attività da cui comunque non percepisco un minimo compenso ma solo cambio di visibilità POSSO FARLO ???????
