domandona siae e scf per web radio "libera" was created by spooky

vorrei capire se e' possibile mettere in piedi una "semplice" web radio in questi termini :

diffondere principalmente servizi e interviste su vari temi, ambiente, salute, spettacoli etc... e come "tampone" musicale musica "libera" tipo quella di creative commons o copy left, senza pagare nula a nessuno e quali sarebbero gli ulteriori "paletti" se esistono, tipo testata giornalistica o simili doveri/impegni

nel caso tu trasmetta musica copy left o creative commons non devi dare conto ne a siae ne a scf in quanto dovresti farlo solo se mandi in onda musica delle loro etichette, in poche parole la siae sarebbe un'associazione a delinquere che riscuote il pizzo per le case discografiche..... il paragone calza a pennello

se utilizzi CC, leggi bene la licenza allegata, normalmente sono esclusi usi commerciali per i quali dovresti accordarti con gli autori

Se fai solo parlato e usi musica CC senza trarne alcun guadagno puoi farlo senza pagare SIAE ed SCF
