Ciao Maury,
non trovo info per l'attivazione di uno stream ogg, ti sarei grato se potessi indicarmi il post.
In mancanza ti sarei grato se potresti descrivere l'installazione di un server icecast su pc di regia per attivare uno streamo ogg.

Installato ice2.3 ma la configurazione, cambiata la psw ma sembra un po' più complessa...potresti descriverla ?

mi spiace ma non conosco molto i servers icecast, posso aiutarti dal lato MB STUDIO ma non dal lato icecast.

risolto problema server...adesso sembra connesso e su MBS attivo lo stream sulla porta 8080 (non da errori di bass)
il problema è che winamp da errori di ricezione del flusso mentre con vlc no lo aggancia per niente

fatto solo che ho utilizzato una porta 8088 al posto della 8000
ma con winamp mi da dei tentativi di connessione che vanno a vuoto
sai come mai ice usa di default una 8000 ed una 8001 ?

la stringa server è: localhost:8088/example.ogg
codec: 64 o 128k

Nei players devi inserire indirizzo:porta/mountpoint ... in pratica gli stessi dati che hai inserito in MB STUDIO

supponendo che il pc dove si trova il server abbia ip 192.168.1.5 allora in winamp inserirai http://192.168.1.5:8088/example.ogg

stream ogg da mbs
ricezione con vlc ottima
adesso devo risolvere un paio di cose nell'ft859m

sembra tutto ok...la config del dns sull'ft859m è necessaria avendo l'ip statico ?

Con rammarico devo prendere atto che il sistema funziona solo con almeno una coppia di FT859m.
L'algoritmo ogg in uso e' dedicato.
Non sarebbe male se Maury implementasse lo standard ogg usato al' FT859M in MBS in modo da poterlo ricevere e "n" server o terminali
