Salve, stò cercando si mettere su un server streaming utilizzando una postazione Amiga.
Per chiunque avesse idee e consigli tecnici, nonchè fosse interessato al progetto può conttarmi.

Wow, che bello sentire ancora parlare di Amiga in modo attivo e non solo come un sistema per nostalgici della early era dei PC. Io, purtroppo, non seguo più da molto tempo le evoluzioni della comunità Amiga, anche se custodisco gelosamente la mia A1200, quindi non ti posso essere utile più di tanto. Comunque, tienici informati sugli sviluppi. Credo che la cosa interessi molti, visto che lo stesso Maurizio ha iniziato a programmare proprio su Amiga.

Grazie LuK,
fa piacere sapere che esistono ancora persone affezzionate alla cara e vecchia Amiga.
Su questo progetto ci lavoro a tempo perso, ma non appena ho qualcosa di concreto sarà mia premura farlo sapere alla comunità.

Io ho usato e sviluppato su Amiga dal 90 al 98...e sono affezionatissimo a quel pc e a quell'OS. Se le cose fossero andate diversamente non sarei passato a Win....

Anche io ho in armadio di casa, un Amiga 500 plus ;D
Rendetevi conto... All'epoca era qualcosa di superbo ! 1 MB di RAM !!
Eh eh

Eppure con quelle poche risorse si facevano davvero grandi cose !

Oggi parliamo di GByte e GHZ è incredibile !!

Provo grande rispetto e ammirazione per i programmatori di allora, con quelle misere risorse riuscivano a fare grandi cose !

Ricordo che quello per me fu un salto di qualità... Avevo il C64 e il mio corso di Basic ;D
Poi spesi 700.000 lire per acquistare l'Amiga e una stampate a 24 aghi a colori della Citizen si chiamava ABC

Che buffo pensare tutto questo nel 2007 !!

Forse ci siamo... Su di un forum frequentatissimo da utenti Amiga, che per ragioni di correttezza verso questo non posso dire qual'è, ho lanciato l'idea...

A quanto pare la cosa è fattibilissima su MorphOS.
Ma per fare ciò bisognerebbe acquistare delle schede di espansione per gli Amiga Classic o comprare un nuovo sistema che giri su AmigaOne o su Samantha.
Per lo streaming sui normali Amiga m68k, l'idea è in fermento... anche perchè significherebbe riesumare il proprio Beneamino ;D per riutilizzarlo a pieno titolo in un ambito percui è nato, a costo ZERO fralaltro.
Se interessati fatemelo sapere... più siamo meglio è!!!!

Stavo cercando informazioni per attivare una web radio e mi sono imbattutto in questo post.
Anch'io tengo gelosamente in cantina il mio Amiga 4000 con scheda video Picasso 4
e scheda PPC a 200 Mhz.
Installato su questo computer c'è MB STUDIO versione 5.9
PERFETTAMENTE FUNZIONANTE!!!!!
