It is possible to insert a very short text inside the playlist or a break. Just enter an EVENT and select "COMMENT". The comment, like any other object, can contain flag and bit to enable / disable properties.
You should avoid inserting a comment after a Voice Intro object, before or after a Voice Track object, or before a Voice Outro object as this would prevent Object / Song mixing..
