music bed to end

Hello,
In a minilist, I have a music bed that I start which is 30 seconds long with play start to end. The next event in that minilist is a delay for 5 seconds to hit proper part of music bed with the next event (a intro voice file). The next event I have a weather forecast audio file that varies in length daily.
That ends this minilist.

If my voice file is short, it ends and music bed plays under next event. I want the music bed to finish the 30 seconds and then start the next event. My voice file for forecast never exceeds music bed.

I cannot figure how to make this work.
