MB spot and Random files

Hello,
I have noticed something funny that happens occasionally within MB Spot when inserting break into playlist.

Top of hour we have a 4 minute news cast. The news is 8 different files, always same name and we want a random newscast file to play of the 8 newscast files.
MB Spot has each top of hour, time announcement, legal ID, Random Newscast file, and finally minilist for weather and sponsor.
MB Spot occasionally inserts a promo file or the playlist changes it somehow in place of the newscast. Everything else is fine.
I just went to the break that did this and told it to insert same break and it put the news file in as it should have before.
This is the same break time that just ran the promo instead of news.

I have heard this happen several times a day where it runs a news promo which is a different folder and scheduled in playlist only.

I have in hourly playlist to play a random news promo somewhere in the middle of the hour which is outside of MB Spot as I want it to play randomly once an hour and not at exact time and it is not to play before or after a scheduled break to prevent it running just before the news.

Help please as it makes us bad.
