MB STUDIO PRO: HOW TO SET SIZE OF MUSIC LIBRARY

MB STUDIO PRO can handle a size unlimited music library, but for best efficiency and save of resource the library is initially sized at 20480 songs. Those who need to exceed this value can change a setting in the Windows registry, having in mind the following:
1) increasing the size of the library growth the use of both memory and cpu
2) the value must be changed on all computers where you use MB STUDIO (both client and server), to avoid loss of data.
3) The new assigned value must be higher than the estimated size that you intend to use.

To change the initial limit of 20480 tracks:
1) Close MB STUDIO if it is running
2) menu 'Start / Run
3) type "regedit" and give OK

4) Open
Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ MB SOFT \ MBStudio 0 (on 32-bit systems)
or
Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ MB SOFT \ MBStudio 0 (On 64-bit systems)

5) Open the Max value Songs, put the base to Decimal and change the number 20480 to whatever you want.
6) Repeat steps 1 to 5 in all computers where you use MB STUDIO.

Notes:

    This change has no effect in MB STUDIO Lite
    Change only recommended for expert users, any errors in the registry settings can lead to blockage or malfunction of MB STUDIO
