In MB LIVE \ Configuration \ Connection there is a flag called "Use TCP protocol for video connection"

When it is on, MB LIVE forces video connections (outbound and return) to use the TCP protocol instead of UDP SRT.

By default the UDP SRT protocol is used because it is faster and therefore the video arrives at its destination with little delay, however sometimes UDP packets are blocked by routers, firewalls or some networks or suffer when the internet line is congested. If you have problems such as video not connecting or frequent disconnections try to activate this flag, the TCP connection has higher latency but is usually more stable.

This flag only concerns the video and has no effect on the audio connection which always occurs with the TCP protocol
